Google Ads API v19 released, removing all Feed entities and adding Demand Gen 9:16 images

v19 removed Feed, FeedMapping, FeedService, AdGroupFeed and feed_placeholder_view in favor of assets, added 9:16 portrait images for Demand Gen, auto-generated enhanced video assets for Performance Max, new DataLinkService methods, and brand guidelines controls for allowlisted accounts.

• DemandGenMultiAssetAdInfo.tall_portrait_marketing_images for 9:16 images.
• Automatic generation of enhanced video assets for Performance Max.
• New DataLinkService methods to update/remove YouTube DataLinks.
• ValueRuleItineraryAdvanceBookingWindow supports same-day travel searches.
• Removed VIDEO_OUTSTREAM support.
• Allowlisted: CampaignService.EnablePMaxBrandGuidelines, Campaign.brand_guidelines, Asset.business_message_asset.
• New error codes CustomerError.CREATION_DENIED_INELIGIBLE_MCC and CREATION_DENIED_FOR_POLICY_VIOLATION for account creation policy enforcement.
