Google retired the Email archive in Merchant Center. Account-specific messages and alerts are now shown only in the Notifications section of Merchant Center Next.
Announced May 27, 2025. The Email archive had stored past policy notices, account alerts and tips sent by email; those messages are now surfaced in-product under Notifications.
