Google added three PMax controls to every supported Google Ads API version: campaign-level DeviceInfo criteria, campaign-level negative keyword lists via CampaignSharedSetService (SharedSet type NEGATIVE_KEYWORDS), and AgeRangeInfo negative criteria for age exclusions.
