Admin API added GetReportingIdentitySettings and removed legacy Universal Analytics methods

Admin API v1alpha gained GetReportingIdentitySettings for reading a property's reporting identity, and removed deprecated UA-era methods such as account configuration and connected site tag operations.

Other 2025-2026 Admin API additions: user data retention in DataRetentionSettings (2025-01-20), reporting data annotation methods (2025-04-16), subproperty sync configuration (2025-06-12), GetUserProvidedDataSettings (2026-04-14) and UpdateReportingIdentitySettings plus a can_edit field on PropertySummary (2026-06-18).
