Google Ads API Developer Assistant v1.0 launched as a Gemini CLI extension

Google released an open source Gemini CLI extension that answers Google Ads API questions, generates GAQL and Python code, executes read-only API calls and exports CSV. Subsequent releases added conversion troubleshooting (v2.0), a skills-based architecture on Antigravity (v3.0) and Claude Code support (v4.0).

v2.0 (Feb 26, 2026): one-command setup, /conversions_support_data diagnostics, v23 support, session hooks and stricter GAQL validation. v3.0.0 (Jun 10, 2026): migrated from gemini-cli to the Antigravity agent framework with modular skills (validate_gaql, troubleshoot_conversions, get_cids_under_mcc, inspect_object, pmax_listing_filter); gemini-cli support ended June 18, 2026.
