Target CPA and Target ROAS decoupled from Maximize strategies in Google Ads naming and API strategy types

From June 2026 Google Ads renamed 'Maximize conversions with a Target CPA' to 'Target CPA' and 'Maximize conversion value with a Target ROAS' to 'Target ROAS', prioritizing standalone TARGET_CPA and TARGET_ROAS strategy types over Maximize strategies with optional targets for applicable campaign types such as Search. Developers should review parsing of BiddingStrategyType and campaign creation logic.
