Brand verification pilot launched to expedite Basic Access developer token reviews

Developers with a pending Basic Access application can associate their developer token with a Google Cloud project and complete OAuth brand verification to have the application reviewed within hours; verification is optional for now but may be requested by the Ads API Compliance team.
