'Advertiser verification' page was renamed 'Account', consolidating verification and certifications

Aditya Shrivastava noticed the Advertiser Verification page now appears as 'Account' under Admin > Policy, grouping verification status, business info and certifications. Existing statuses were unchanged.
Payment-method verification was also moved into the same section (PPC News Feed, Feb 8).
