Google documented a new handling_cutoff_time attribute that lets merchants set a daily order-processing deadline (with timezone and country sub-attributes) at the product level so delivery estimates are faster and more accurate.
First documented in October 2025 and formally included in the April 14, 2026 product data specification update.
