YouTube channels to be auto-linked to Google Ads accounts after 30-day notice on high-confidence matches

A new help page says Google will automatically link a YouTube channel to a Google Ads account when its systems detect a high-confidence connection. Channel owners and Ads admins get 30 days' email notice to opt out; otherwise the link is created and can be removed at any time.
- Linking lets the Ads account use organic view metrics, build audiences from channel interactions and count channel actions as conversions.
- It does not give the channel owner control of the Ads account, nor let the advertiser edit or delete channel videos or use channel videos in campaigns.
