Gambling certification required 'good policy health'; MCCs with repeated revocations lose eligibility

From March 23, 2026, accounts applying for gambling and games certification must demonstrate good policy health; manager accounts with substantial revoked certificates or violations lose eligibility and may have certifications revoked. Domains must be owned by the business and cannot be free subdomains or unrelated sites.

Two change-log entries describe this update. It was later extended to all gambling and games categories effective September 14, 2026.
