Google began removing the "Next" label from Help Center articles, emails and the Merchant Center interface, nearly two years after the Merchant Center Next migration completed. Accounts, product data and campaigns were unaffected and no action was required.

Google's help-center notice is dated July 2026 (month only); trade press reported the change around July 9, 2026.
