Gambling certification applications and standards revised globally

From August 26, 2026, all new gambling, certified non-casino game and social casino applications must use revised forms requiring valid local licences, destination-site compliance (age warnings, addiction resources, licensing details) and account structures that do not mix certification types.

Applies to online gambling in all jurisdictions, online non-casino games where certification is required, and social casino games. New requirements include valid local licensing, destination-site elements such as age warnings, addiction resources and licence details, and a prohibition on mixing certification types within one account. Existing certifications are not automatically revoked but new applicants must use the revised forms.
