Some accounts showed controls to pause, enable or remove individual conversion actions at the Performance Max asset-group level. Thomas Eccel shared the sighting (credit Carolin Carvalho da Silva) and the Ads Liaison replied that it was a bug exposed by the rollout of an upcoming asset-group report segmentation feature.
