Certified advertisers could use ad personalization for App campaigns promoting games of skill, Daily Fantasy Sports and Rummy apps targeting India from March 14, 2025, with full availability by June 2025. This exempted those categories from the gambling sensitive-interest restriction. Reversed in February 2026.
