Parked domains removed as an ad surface from the Search Partner Network

Parked domain (AdSense for Domains) inventory no longer serves ads via the Search Partner Network, and the parked-domain option was deleted from Content suitability settings in all accounts.

Completes a process that began in early 2025 when parked domains became opt-out by default. Advertisers cannot re-enable the inventory.
