New Search campaigns stopped pre-selecting the Display Network 'Recommended' checkbox

Jyll Saskin Gales noticed that the Display Network option is now unchecked by default when creating a Search campaign, whereas it was previously pre-selected and labelled Recommended. Google did not confirm whether all accounts were affected.
